Ever since I landed my first editorial design gig in high school, I became fascinated with organising information, making sense of complicated things, and creating human-centred experiences that deliver meaningful values. With a degree in Communication and Technology and a specialisation in Human-computer Interaction(HCI), I believe every positive impact of technology on society always comes with great design attention.
Professionally, I have an innate drive to figure out the *why* behind every decision made in design & development process. Growing up in Taiwan, with living experience in Hong Kong, France, and Singapore, I have developed the ability to see myself and others from a broader perspective. I’m keen to learn the rationale behind things we deem normative and understand the context before making assumptions or hypotheses.
Before joining ĒSEN, I designed products that enable merchants to strategise their business insights at SkyREC Inc., a Taipei-based startup based in working on building AI-driven video analytics solutions for retailers. I used to work as a freelancer with local business and academic institutions on an array of cross-media projects involving branding, marketing, publishing, and digital product development since 2017. In 2019, I also created a social campaign about unintended pregnancy and developed an informational website and interactive storytelling game with my final year project team to patch up the missing piece in Taiwan's sex education.
In my spare time, you’ll find me exploring the nooks and crannies of different cities around Taiwan as I enjoy putting little historical pieces together to comprehend our society today.
Always keen on getting more involved in product design and development. Feel free to drop me a message!
